This calculator asks you for real numbers about your business. Here's exactly what happens to them. In plain language, no fine print.
That's it. We don't ask for anything we don't need to run the tool.
Your numbers are yours. The financial information you enter is tied to your account and kept private. No other member can see it. The team can see who has an account, but not the numbers inside anyone's calculator.
Your inputs power your calculator and save so you can come back to them. We use your name and email to manage your access, and to send the team a notice when a new person requests access, so we can approve access. We don't sell your information, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't use your financial numbers for anything beyond running the tool for you.
The calculator is built on Base44, which hosts the app and stores your data. If you sign in with Google, Google handles that sign-in. These providers process data on our behalf so the tool can function. Because they operate in the United States, your information is processed there. We don't hand your information to anyone beyond the providers that keep the tool running.
We keep your account and your saved numbers for as long as you're a member using the tool. If your access ends or you ask us to delete your account, we remove your data. You can ask for deletion at any time.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including keeping each member's financial data private to their own account. No online service can promise perfect security, but we treat your numbers with the care we'd want for our own.
We use the minimum needed to keep you logged in and your session working. Nothing is used to track you around the web.
Your numbers live in your account, and you're the only one who can reach them. You can view, change, or clear any of them yourself, right in the calculator, anytime. If you'd like your whole account closed and its data removed, email us and we'll delete the account. Because your financial entries are private to you, we can't view or edit them on your behalf. That access is yours alone.
